More

When you know you can do more, be more, are worth more.

There’s something about being stuck, feeling stuck… and then realizing that it’s your thoughts that make you stuck.

I’ve been seeing a therapist lately to help me become “unstuck” because it sucks, when you’re stuck.

The state of feeling like your feet are in mud – sticky, mucky, ew.

Realizing that being here isn’t the best version of “you”.

Taking a leap in training, education and practice,

When you’re different, you often get missed.

While success can come from celebrating your work,

Especially when you bring a new level of torque;

Remember others celebrating you isn’t it,

Although, it will matter, a little bit.

How you see you, without the credentials and awards,

In the silence, the quiet, talking to the Lord –

It can bring much more value than the fleeting people and things

Fulfillment and affirmations, that’s the most it can bring.

He says, “Fear not for I am with you, do not be dismayed for I am Your God”

Oh the things you can do, the limits are broad!

“…I will uphold you with My righteous right hand”

Do not limit what He can do, He does have a plan.

While it doesn’t always seem so, trust the process,

The times you get off track, just know you’re still blessed.

“…I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand”

Being His child is larger than life, it’s pretty grand.

So this “stuckness” doesn’t have to suck. As a matter of face, you can be “unstuck”, but it will require some work.

Breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out.

Let go of the doubt,

Close your eyes, imagine what “unstuck” looks like for you,

Determine the steps you gotta do.

Accept the feelings that come with the process of getting out of the mud,

Prepare to be replanted and reblossom like a bud.

Being stuck is a state, but not a forever thing,

You’re still you, the stuckness – do not cling.

You’re doing great, you’re doing your best,

Highlight Isaiah 41:10, and take a rest.

You will get out of this mess,

Say, “yes” to being stuck, because with Him you can and will get out of it.
